It was in the presence of Wend-panga Julien Ouedraogo, president of the said union.
The actors of the National Union of real estate developers of Burkina (SYNAPIB) animated, Thursday, November 7, in Ouagadougou, a press conference following the establishment of the constitutive assembly of the said union, July 18, 2013.
The aim of this press conference is part of SYNAPIB's dynamic to inform the Burkinabè public opinion and all real estate promoters of the existence of the brand new union which is the National Union of Real Estate Promoters of Burkina Faso. . The syndicate includes all real estate developers with an approval of real estate developer, any company or real estate agency legally incorporated in Burkina and "touts".
According to Wend-panga Julien Ouédraogo, president of SYNAPIB, the union is open to all those who work in the field. As a reminder, the Burkinabè government has passed a law on the liberalization of the real estate sector in order to support through real estate promotion through the program of creation of 10 000 housing and that of the allocation of land in the different relay cities.
This is what prevailed at the creation of SYNAPIB to support the government in its real estate policy. "We, the founding members of SYNAPIB, have come together around the union to ensure the collective and individual defense and protection of our interests, both nationally and internationally," said Emmanuel Akotionga, SYNAPIB Secretary General.
Ten of the 32 property developers with a license are already part of SYNAPIB, as well as a considerable number of direct sellers. The SYNAPIB has the ambition to extend its activities in the 13 regions of Burkina representations.
According to Wend-panga Julien Ouedraogo, president of SYNAPIB, since 2009, concerning the program of construction of 10 000 homes, only 400 have already been made. He goes further in his remarks by inviting all his colleagues who work in the field of real estate to join the union because, he believes, together, the fight for the defense of common interests is possible. On November 16, there will also be a general meeting at the CBC with all the players in the real estate field.
